Leather Card Holder, Handcrafted
This card holder is made by hand in our Paris workshop, using leather scraps that would’ve otherwise been thrown away. Its full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather is stitched together using a traditional saddle stitch—a slow but reliable method that makes it strong enough to last for years.
The leather will soften and adapt over time, moulding to your cards and building up a patina that makes each one unique.
What You’re Getting

Each card holder takes 3 hours to make.
There are 10 available from this batch of scraps, each one made by hand. Some turned out just right, while others have little quirks that show they’re handmade—and that’s what makes them special. Every piece is a bit different, with its own character.

Our Ingrassato leather is a full-grain, vegetable-tanned cowhide prized for its rich, supple texture and exceptional durability. The "Ingrassato" process enriches the leather with natural fats and oils, resulting in a soft, pliable material with a slightly waxy finish that feels luxurious to the touch.
This durable leather is perfect for everyday accessories like card holders, and, over time, it develops a beautiful patina—a natural sheen and deepening of colour that tells the story of how it’s been used and handled, making each piece unique. Its strength ensures it can withstand daily wear while aging gracefully, adding character and longevity.

How many cards can it hold?
It has two main pockets, each designed to hold about 2 cards comfortably—so 4 cards in total. You can fit more (up to 3 cards per pocket), but keep in mind that overstuffing it might cause the cards to bend slightly over time.
Will it fit in my pocket?
Yes, it will fit in most pockets, but keep in mind it’s not designed to be ultra-flat. The slightly bulkier design allows for burnished edges with a polished, shiny finish that sets it apart from other card holders. It’s practical but with a bit of extra character.
How to Care for Your Leather Accessory
To keep your leather looking good, a little care goes a long way:
- Clean gently: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt. Don’t soak the leather—water can damage it.
- Condition occasionally: Every few months, rub in a bit of leather conditioner to keep it soft. This especially helps with vegetable-tanned leather, which can dry out.
- Avoid direct sunlight: Leather will naturally develop a patina, but too much sun can cause uneven fading.
- Keep it dry: If it gets wet, dry it gently with a cloth and let it air dry. Don’t use heat—let it dry naturally.
- Store properly: When you’re not using it, keep it in a cool, dry place. Don’t stack heavy stuff on it, or it might lose shape.

Orders are shipped from our workshop in Paris, France and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (not including French public holidays).
For handmade items, please allow a production time of 5 to 7 days before shipping.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
